You feel stuck or you are not living your life fully? In a safe and supportive environment, we explore together what is going on for you.
A safe space
Bottling up, ignoring or avoiding difficult thoughts and feelings can sometimes feel like the best solution in the short term. In the long run, however, this can lead to greater difficulties — psychologically, physically and in your relationships. Having the space to talk openly, confidentially and without judgment can be a first step towards finding your way forward again. I offer a safe space where you can be fully yourself. A place where all your thoughts, emotions, experiences and vulnerabilities are welcome, without judgment.

Your process
No one knows your life better than you do, and you remain the expert on your own life. I offer a listening ear, seek to understand, hold up a mirror when helpful, share my knowledge and experience, challenge you when appropriate, and walk alongside you for part of your journey. There is no ready-made, one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, therapy is a personal process towards greater self-understanding, awareness, processing, growth and a more fulfilling life.
What can you seek support for?
Everyone gets stuck at times. The concerns and difficulties that bring people to therapy can vary widely. You may seek support for:
- Anxiety and panic
- Burnout and stress
- Depression and low mood
- Attachment difficulties
- Low self-esteem
- Life transitions and questions about life
- Trauma and unresolved grief
- Perfectionism and overthinking
- Relationship difficulties
- Grief and loss
- Sleep difficulties
- Difficulties processing experiences
- Identity and sexuality
- …
When do I refer you to another professional?
In order to provide high-quality care, I work within my areas of expertise. For certain concerns, such as addiction, personality disorders or developmental disorders, I may refer you to specialised colleagues or other appropriate professionals.
Not sure whether your concerns are something I can help with? During a phone call or initial consultation, we can explore together what approach would be most appropriate.
I work with young people aged 16 and over, as well as adults.
