Welcome

Psychotherapy integrating mind and body

Throughout my work as a psychologist, I noticed that people often understand very well why they struggle, but that understanding does not automatically change how they feel. This realisation led me to explore body-oriented approaches more deeply.

I believe healing begins when our thoughts, emotions and body are given attention as a whole. That is why I combine evidence-based psychological support with body-oriented techniques, always tailored to what you need.

Your past does not have to define your future.

When you rediscover a sense of safety, connection and trust, you create space to live a life that truly feels like your own.

You are more than what has happened to you.

Sometimes it can feel as though your life is being shaped by old patterns — experiences that continue to influence the way you think, feel, and relate to others.

Maybe you notice that you often adapt yourself to others. That you keep overthinking. That you find yourself facing the same difficulties again and again. Or that, deep down, you long for more peace, freedom and connection, but don’t quite know how to get there.

I don't believe you are defined by what happened to you

I believe that even after difficult experiences, there can be space for growth. Not by erasing your past, but by giving it a place, so that you can choose again how you want to live.

In my practice, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel welcome just as you are. We look beyond your symptoms to what lies beneath them. My approach is trauma-informed and body-oriented, because lasting change does not come from insight alone, but also from experiencing what safety and connection truly feel like.

Your are not what happened to you.

You are the one who can choose a new direction, step by step.

Maybe you recognise yourself in this?

  • You long for more peace, both in your mind and in your body.
  • You don't just want to manage your symptoms; you want to understand yourself better.
  • You are carrying experiences from the past that still affect you today.
  • You understand rationally why you struggle, but you feel that insight alone isn't enough.
  • You are often strong for others, but forget to make space for yourself.
